Randy Smith is the president of Winsted Corporation, a worldwide leader in technical furniture solutions and ergonomic workspaces. Winsted improves command center operations and efficiency with re-imagined control room products. 

Randy oversees strategic planning, marketing, sales development, client relationships and new market expansion strategies. 

Joining Winsted in 1982, Randy has dedicated his career to supporting Winsted mission of developing world class control room consoles. His journey at Winsted began nearly 40 years ago when he took a summer job in the warehouse during college. In 1983, he moved from the warehouse into the office where he spent the following years supporting sales, design, tradeshows, and marketing.

He later served as the company’s vice president of international sales, during which time he began overseeing Winsted Limited in the UK and supported the development of the European and Middle Eastern markets. 

Randy was named president of Winsted in 1997 and in this capacity is heavily involved in product development.
